Southeast Sulawesi Museum and Cultural Park holds Cultural Arts

UPTD Museum and Cultural Park of Southeast Sulawesi province (Sultra) held an art and culture event aimed at preserving the cultural heritage of the region , in the office grounds from 29 to 31 October 2024.

The head of UPTD Museum and Cultural Park, Laudin, explained that this activity is part of the cultural development and preservation program that is routinely carried out every year.

“Through this cultural art performance, we want to foster people’s love for our cultural heritage,” he said, Wednesday (30/10/2024).

UPTD Museum and Taman Budaya Sultra are committed to organizing various activities that can strengthen the cultural identity of Sultra.

“We hope to be a bridge to disseminate knowledge and love for local culture, as well as inspire more people to contribute to cultural preservation,” laudin hoped.

During the two-day event, various traditional arts are displayed, including regional dances, music, and performing arts roles by local artists.

The activity also involved 20 dance studios from all over Southeast Sulawesi province.

In the future, through various activities held, it is expected that studios in Southeast Sulawesi can develop better, become more widely known, and be able to provide benefits.
